Sorry no theme this week and Banner Rotation liek WOAH

Ok.. so [info]inugurl1391 never posted a theme this week... deepest regards to those anticipating it... ((can u leave us a comment if u can't make it next time? thanxs XD))

So thanks to many many comments i have decided.......... BANNER ROTATION!!! All who would be interesting in making banners and participating will be showered with my thanks as well as having the responsibility to make banners every week... Sounds fun! Banner rotation will be updated as we get more volunteers!

So whos up for it?
